4. Turn on the power switch of the wheel balancer and check whether the panel of the indication and control device is accurate.

5. Measure the rim width L, rim diameter D (also read from the tire side) with a caliper, measure the distance A from the rim edge to the chassis with a ruler on the balancer, and then use the key or selector knob to align the main points of the measured value with The A, D, L values are entered into the indicating and control device.

6. Lower the wheel guard, press the start button, the wheel rotates, the balance test starts, and data is automatically collected.

7. The wheel stops automatically or presses the stop button after hearing the "DI" sound and stops the wheel by using the braking device, then reads the inside and outside of the wheel from the indication device and the unyielding and unbalanced positions.

8. Lift the wheel guard and gradually turn the wheel by hand. Stop the rotation when the pointing device gives instructions (sound, indicator light, braking, performance dot matrix or performance detection data, etc.). At the inside or outside of the rim (at 12 o'clock on the clock), install the indicator weight on that side as indicated by the indicating device. The inside and outside should be held separately, and the balance block should be firmly installed.

9. After the placement of the balance weight, a new imbalance may have been born, and the balance training will be held again until the indebtedness is <5g (0.3oz), indicating that the device is “00” or “ok”. When the difference between the unyielding weights is about 10g, if you can move the balance weight forward and backward along the rim edge, you will get a proud result. Rich experience in practice, the faster the balance.

10. At the end of the test, turn off the power switch.
